Please note: Any business with a physical location within the Town of Farragut boundaries will need to obtain a Knox County Business License and a Town of Farragut Business Privilege License. If a business does not have a physical location within town boundaries, a Town of Farragut Business Privilege License is not required but a Knox County Business license may still be needed. Please check with Knox County for the requirements of when a Knox County Business License is needed by calling 865-215-2385 or visiting knoxcounty.org/clerk/businesstax.php.
