Absolute nightmare dealing with this company. I ordered an item valued at $2k and paid $175 to have it shipped freight from Chicago to Boston. The freight company hired used these jokers as a “partner†to deliver my package the final 29 miles. But after 10 days of it just sitting in their facility with zero movement, I had to go pick it up myself because they were “too busyâ€. Also, good luck on calling them as their phone number disconnects upon first ring. Terrible company that I for one hope to never deal with again, and would give zero stars if possible.

Very bad customer service. My order is now being delayed because of lack of customer satisfaction.. I am very unhappy. Not sure why my shipment ended up with this company.

Absolutely horrible dishonest company. I get 50 deliveries a month and I deal with a lot of truck companies. This company missed 6 of its promised delivery deadlines making up any excuse they could to justify it. Driver locked his keys in his car. Driver doesn't think his truck will fit. Driver has too many hot tubs in the back of truck to make it to you today. Every time I called it was a huge hassle to find someone responsible. Once I did, they would tell me, your driver is in the area. He's coming today. He will be late. So multiple times I paid staff to wait late after regular working hours for the truck to arrive and it did not arrive. No call. Even though I'm dealing with the terminal manager directly on the issue and he knows I have been spending weeks being lied to, he still doesn't think to call back like he said he would and update me on what's going on. We spent weeks trying to get these two pallets from Chicago. Weeks calling this dishonest company. They even gave the excuse that the driver came to the property and was sent away because he didn't have an appointment. This never happened. In fact, stamped large and bold on the BOL it says "NO APPT NECESSARY". We're always here 9 to 5 and we don't need appointments. But they said they came and left. They also said came another time and left because the driver didn't think his 48' truck would fit. We take 53' trucks in here all the time, it's a shipping depot.
